Butterfly effect leads to tattoo

Ok, so im going to be in sydney on the 24th and 25th of october to see the butterfly effect, trail kennedy, and sleep parade (any one know about them?) and will be down there for maybe three days. Heres the kicker, i want to get a tattoo but not really knowing the area i dont want to go through dirty needles and infection. That leads me to two problems, any one reckonmend a good or better yet great tattoo place and anyone willing to help me with my design(preferable for free, might pay small sum for top notch stuff)?
